3. Why we process data

We process personal data to: create and secure accounts; verify identity and meet AML/KYC duties; operate trading, copy-trading and portfolio features; process payments; detect fraud and abuse; provide support; send service notices; and improve product reliability. Where required, we rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests (security, product improvement) or consent (e.g. optional marketing).

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure, email, analytics and security providers under contract

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by applicable law.

6. Retention

We retain account, transaction and KYC records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for periods required by financial crime, tax and dispute-resolution laws (often several years). Marketing preferences and support tickets are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring and staff confidentiality. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and may use optional cookies for analytics or preferences. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

9. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain data where the law requires. To exercise rights, contact us via the contact page.
